Firstly, you should be prepared to live in Switzerland, as this is where the mission is headquartered.

Must have:

• Personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ

• Passionate about social justice
• Passionate about spreding the good news of Jesus Christ
• Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
• Strong understanding of corporate finance
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance
• An entrepreneurial mindset with good organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Appreciation of the value and wisdom of an advisory board or elders.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field / equivalent degree

And you should know German or be willing to learn it. Also it would be an advantage if you have any knowledge of the Hungarian language.

They gave their entire lives for this independent international evangelical mission and never took a penny from donors for salary. Now we are looking for someone to take their place in equally faithful service. The times we live in are turbulent and require a special skillset. Information to our Goals

The aim of our Mission is to provide real hope and humanitarian aid mainly in the poverty-stricken areas of Eastern Europe. Our experienced local workers provide much-needed help to the poor, needy and persecuted. The highest goal is always to help people to help themselves. Our aid is intended to enable those in need to soon lead an independent, dignified life. That is why we attach great importance to sustainable projects. Such as enabling children from poor families to have a good school education. This also includes providing them with sufficient and regular food, clothing and school supplies. We also try to provide financial relief for large families who are particularly poor, so that their children can grow up with less worries and violence at home and can therefore concentrate better on learning. And we are building families who live in inhumane barracks new houses, so that a new higher standard also makes essential rethinking possible. This is one of the particularly sustainable projects, because such a house can save a family from poverty for generations.
